the rooms were very small and the ac was also not working well for a few hours. they kept us waiting too long after calling for any room service, it should be promoted.

hotel experience was nice. parking facility available for car and bike. good responsive staff. the only thing which pin point is they don't have 24*7 hot water only for a limited period only that needs to be improved.

They were talking(Manager)very roudly about my invoice disputes. I have received my GST invoice less than i have paid for hotel Bill. After that I have left that hotel an immediate. I have received food bill 840 rupees for one time including one cup of tea.

The room was good. However, the issue we faced was that the hot water only comes in the morning from 6 am to 10 am. We checked in at 11:30 Am and they didn't even inform us about water timings. When I wanted hot water at 4 PM and I called the front desk that time he informed me about the water timings. Also, he told me maam evening hot water will be available from 6 PM. Then I have to tell them to give buckets of hot water, so we can get fresh. They have not kept any note in the washroom or room regarding hot water timings.

hotel was neat, clean and the room linen was spotless and absolutely fresh. the entire staff was attentive and cooperative. breakfast was tasty, although the spread was limited. the property is ideally located. overall it's a good property for staying, whether during work visits or leisure visits. 👌👌👍👍
