Property is very nice away from all the hustle & bustle, amid greenery, balcony views are quite nice, if u r good with walking it's a place to be, 15mins of walk will lead you to dharamkot market(popularly known as mini Israel) where u will find lots of cafes, small souvenir shops, etc. One suggestion, though food was good it can be made even better.

Location is in Dharmkot. 2km above mcleodganj. Place is serene surrounded by natural beauty and nearby market with cafes.

The food is REALLY good. That's the best part. The rooms are decent. We stayed on the ground floor; the view from the balconies is really good. The hot water does stop after a few minutes, but it's not been an issue. There are no heaters in the ground floor rooms, so that might be a problem for those who can't bear the cold. We liked our stay!

1. Hot water doesn't come for more than 3 mins. Next cycle of hot water comes after 30 mins
2. WiFi doesnt work 90% of the time. When it works, it's so slow that even email doesn't work properly. No chance of videos playing on WiFi.
3. Restaurant food is very good. This is the best aspect of this property.
4. Staff are good. Except the manager who is at the reception. According to him, no issue is a real issue. He behaves like he is the only smart person on this planet. Lookslike he was running ...more

pathetic experience on cleanliness as you can see spider web in bathroom. Do not select their deluxe room. Staff behavior is also not good.

Had a great stay there! The location is beautiful and the view is incredible! However, they have really extra bedding! It's a foldable single mattress so it feels even worse than sleeping on the floor! Please don't opt for it at all!

There were some issues with the power outage on one of the days but the staff was really efficient in resolving it.
The restaurant is really underrated. Breakfast was very proper on both days.
It's the best hotel in that area. If you are a perpetual whiner, you will find reasons to complain though.
