Advise all families to skip this resort if you want to save a lot of inconvenience. The location looks attractive being on mall road but it's quite opposite. Reaching the hotel is a big inconvenience. Taxis cannot go inside mall road so you need to get down and carry your bag for about a km or hire open rickshaw who will take a good price. From there a resort vehicle will take you uphill to the resort but these pickup and drops are also chargeable. Amenities are old and not very managed. Kids pl ...more

Location of Hotel is next to mall road For own vehicle traveller approx 400 meter from mall road a steep ramp is there to property as property is at top of mountain. Food was average . Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. Resort area is well maintained and nice. Hotel provides pick and drop from mall road an additional feature nd provide convenience. View from my room was ok. Rooms were spacious with spacious balcony. Continuous activity is provided by resort to keep everyone busy and entertained.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Club Mahindra Mussoorie, and I was very impressed with my overall experience. The resort is located in a beautiful setting, with stunning views of the Himalayas. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure that I had a enjoyable stay. Hotel is located at a very odd location. U live in a house arrest there. Reaching mall road is a challenge and hotel charges money for ferry. Food quality is average. And rooms don't have basic amenities

Location of resort is at uphill from mall road so driving car uphill is little difficult but resort staff is very helpful and they provide free drive downhill/uphill whenever required . Apart from that everything is awsome ..good food ..good room service .. beautiful location

Pros- Had a great stay at Club Mahindra, Mussorie. The staff members are extremely helpful, especially, Mr. Harish who helped in setting up a candle light dinner table with few balloons at no extra cost on a special request as it was my wife's birthday. The staff members gathered around in wishing my wife and making it a memorable experience. They also upgraded my room to a Balcony view room.
