it was a nice experience to stay at this hotel. The rooms were big, spacious and clean. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Being a new. property, it was well maintained. Room service was also nice and the staff were polite and helpful. Their food was also good. The only thing bothered was the bathroom slippers provided were not good as husband slipped and fell and hurt this elbow while going to restaurant. They should make a shade between the hotel and restaurant or keep anti skid mats in between as it rains so much and the floors are slippery.

Hotel is relatively new and comfortable spacious rooms with basic amenities have been provided. The restaurant serves tasty food on Ala carte but the breakfast buffet is very limited with very few options provided. The receptionist, the hotel staff, the restaurant staff can be better trained, they don't seem very professional. Plates and uneaten food was lying in the corridor up until the afternoons. Stay was decent but the restaurant service needs to improve,on our first day when we ordered Tandoor items ,they refused stating that due to lack of more customers they have not started Tandoor and the next day for breakfast buffet,they said the same thing and we had to order(they didn't charge us for that). I believe for the amount that you're charging,you need to provide good customer experience.

The hotel is fine which is newly opened. Food was very good. I was made to wait another 15-20 minutes at the tike of check out as the food order that was cancelled by me was added in the billing. Also i feel there is some language/communication problem with the reception people as they aren’t able to understand clearly the asks. This is an area for definite improvement.

Nice stay. Positive - Calm & composed receptionists, offered extra bed for my younger daughter as we have booked 2 + 2. Negative - Bathroom windows were towards the walkway & the hotel was crowded by the Owners family member.

there was no hot water, the bathroom was stinky. rooms are fully closed and suffocating. I was expecting a balcony with a green view. no hot water, smelling washroom

We had an amazing stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property is well maintained and exactly how it is shown in the pictures. There is room service and the food was really tasty. Options are less in the menu for ordering but whatever is available, it's good. Location is a little outside the main town but it's near to the highway with a proper pproach road. It has ample car parking. In short, totally recommended.

The Hotel premises is very good, the staff were courteous as well. Breakfast is complementary but the options definitely needs to increase. It's not worth. Food is good They provided us very delicate juice glases, two broke just by holding, we didn't even drop them. They charged 500 rupees for that. That was a loot, the juice glasses definitely are not worth that kind of money. Who ever goes there, Please be careful.

We stayed here for 2 days and the stay was amazing. The staff were friendly. The hotel has some good landscape, pool and indoor games and the rooms are very spacious.The breakfast was delicious.
