I'm writing to express my disappointment with my current stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience has been subpar due to several issues.Specific problems:1. Room cleanliness: The room is not properly cleaned, and amenities are lacking.2. Water availability: There is no water supply in my room.3. Staff behavior: A staff member from Assam making me feel uncomfortable.
