horrible experience & cheated , booked & payed for an ac room ,the ac did not work , when complained to the hotel they said they did not have any other ac room , the room was filthy , the toilet was stinking dirty with the flush not working , no drinking water , no water in the bathroom from 7pm onwards. i had an early morning flight hence was left with no option bit to stay in this dirty , filty & sauna like hot room . disgusting hotel staff behaviour .

first they rejected my check in due i booked and they asked extra amount to get the room. i calles customer care and sorted the issue which made me to stand outside for more-than 1 hour.as it is sorted by customer care, the hotel staff got triggered. they treat me like shit and given the worst room.they unplugged the ac ina way it cannot be re connected. and next day morning they turn-off the power supply to my room. when i complaint, they are not even ready to check on the matterit was really a wonderful experience with collection o g silver hotel 😡

I already booked my ticket with full amount in the OG Silver hotel. They were asking for more money. After arguments, they agreed and alloted Non AC pathetic room. I asked to clean the toilet. They did not do it. Water did not come during the night. I dont know why u r listing unprofessional hotel.?? It is completely disastrous experience I had.

never book this hotel, after booking they ask for cash 1200 on a per day basis, the owner and the staff are very rude....they cut off the lights, water and misbehave with guests.

worst experience, smoking smell all over the place , no bath mat outside the bathroom, no towel, soap provided . no water provided .
absolutely not recommended for family stay. i would not book this hotel stay ever again.
everything as stated above , most importantly smoking smell all over the place absolutely harmful for passive smokers and suffocating
