I pay extra amount to hotel for booking,I booking room for 1235 but when reached hotel they not accept with that amount so i paid 1850 total for 1 room, what service your

It was a horrible stay at this hotel. Me with my wife had reached there around 9.40 pm. However we were able to get a room only after 11 pm. When we reached there, there was no one in the reception. We had to wait for the receptionist for more than half an hour. After 30 minutes, the receptionist came. His behavior was in an arrogant manner.
