check in process time is too late,front office staff is not normal ithnk he is slightly mentally disturbed,no room service,no complementary watar,used bedsheets and pillows provided, totally horrible experience,poor hygiene room,not worth for money,,room is very dirty

The hotel management is asking for an extra ₹200 for Air Conditioning.
The remaining all are ok regarding the room.
