Terrible Experience - Avoid at All CostsI had an awful experience during my stay at Relax O Stays. Despite paying the full amount, the hotel staff refused to let me check-in unless I paid an additional amount. It was heavily raining outside, and I arrived at the hotel at 8 PM, needing to catch a bus at 9 PM. I pleaded with them to allow me to take a shower for 30-45 minutes, but they were completely indifferent and simply told me to call customer care.With no other options, I reluctantly paid th ...more
