the lift was not working. the room was not clean. there were old food boxes and packages left. the bathroom was horribly dirty. the wash basin tap was not even working. we were given room on the top 5th floor and the lift was not working. there was no room service available. staff discriminated against us because we were north indian.

room was very bad bed sheet had stains but they have taken more money than booked amounttaken 400 rs more than booked

i would never recommend this place to anybody. the amenities promised were functioning as expected, the premises was very unclean. the receptionist was very kind and polite (if you know what i mean)

Worst hotel. Untidy and muddy rooms. No proper bed sheets. uncleaned blankets. No breakfast. Lift not working. No hot water. No early checkin option . Dont book this hotel. We need to ask for basic needs also like soap.

worst hotel.. charged extra 300 and allowed to check in.. bedsheets are old and never seemed to be changed. pathetic

Bed was very good and comfortable. Neat and clean rooms I was very pleased with my stay. We had a delightful experience in this property. The cleanliness was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and polite
