7 hills inn are not provide any facilities. As well as they argument with customer n paying extra charge. as well as they are not give bill how much paid in cash n argue my self when m ask for bill printed copy as customer. They also said that they will miss my flight if I not paid actual bill is 769 rs but they take 1700 Rs I paid it by card. hotel manager denied for check in to hotel room . at least it was day time and thanks to go ibibo customer care support for quick response and we checked in hotel after half an hour. location was not convenient. Room was average. bathroom light was out of order, but he got another light in some time.

The room is small nd not so clean also. they should improve the quality of bedsheet nd other stuff too. it's overall average not very much recommended.

-Service very poor -No complementary water bottle -Complementary breakfast is not given for one day, the other day it was so bad -Only free channels were available, no paid channels what so ever -Towels provided were not clean -Staff non cooperative
