Bathroom was not clean , Commode was broken , Exhaust fan in toilet was not working , TV not working , Hand towel not provided , Room service was not good ,when asking for water they even took half and hour to bring the drinking water , They took almost an hour to bring the already booked breakfast after I called them three times, After complaining 5 times , they didn’t solved the issue with the TV.

the rooms were not clean, a proper pest control is being needed on highest Priority in the property, the path way inside the building had foul smell, a lot of cockroaches and bed bugs were in the room, in morning water supply was out for like a hour, curtains in room didn't covered the whole space in window. AC were out of service too. They need to get rooms in good shape with constant maintaince.

it was one of the worst experience ever the service was pathetic.first day there was no light in room lift was no proper work.i had to call them 3 time for given us water bottle then after 2-3 hour they gave water . tv was also having issue and not work the room service was very very bad I would recommend to pay 100-200 more but never fall this pathetic hotal not recommend for couple and long time spend there was no towel no shop curtains are extremely dirty washroom have a earthworm and cockroachs I won't recommend to anyone specially couples

the room was not at all good. not exactly as the pictures, it was not that much clean and the bathroom and lights are not good. basically the bed it's not all clear like advertised in the pictures overall it was Average Hotel. with decent staff.

Not safe for couples, no kitchen, no wifi, cockroaches are moving in the room, location was also odd for families.
