Comfort Inn Emerald gives you the feel of living in a vintage inn. The management is courteous and has given preference to every detail to ensure customers get a professional treatment at all times. The staff is polite and approachable. A special mention for Mr Dileep (manager) who interacts with every customer as a friend and makes your stay memorable. The Aqua restaurant serves fabulous food. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the staff is very courteous, promt, and ready to be of service. The cleanliness and amenities were very good. The rooms are well furnished and cosy. The restaurant served very good and tasty food. All in all a value for money experience.
