    The hotel and the infrastructure was good, but there were some things which could be improved. And all these are specific to the room which I stayed in, so can't be generalized. Example- The lights above the mirror in the bathroom weren't working which made it difficult to shave; during my stay it rained but some water came into my room through the balcony door; IMPORTANTLY- the TV was not a smartTV, and there were only 5-10 channels on it which worked.

    Not a comfortable stay as even the basic amenities are in worst condition. Comforters and bedsheet were dirty, Washbasin and washreem were chocking and even toilet sisterns were not working. Just one thing was good is food of the restaurant and the staff of restaurant is also courteous. Front desk team is very lazy and do not have basic manners.

    Good budget hotel. nice lobby. clean rooms, restaurant ambience is good and food quality was very good. safe for familes. recommended to stay .

    this was my second time at this hotel. iss baar bhi same wahi problem face ki jo lst time ki thi, tv not working, wifi not working,room service bakwass ,ek cheez k liye bahut baar recall karana padta hai, location wise it is very good. breakfast buffet is good. Plz staff ko training dijiye customer se kaise deal krte hai. 3 star hotel hai aur tarrif bahut hight hai.i m a regular traveller. aur mere travelling experience k hisaab se iska tarrif 2k se jyada nahi hona chahiye with tax.
