Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
Stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, there was a water leakage issue with the washroom, which was reported to the staff but remained unresolved. The cleanliness of the room was below standard – the furniture was broken, walls were dirty, and the overall upkeep was poor.
The door latch was broken, and when I was offered a different room, it turned out to be even worse. The hotel clearly requires urgent renovation. ...more

The room was less clean , we requested for change but no staff was available . We requested for water bottle but was not given. Techinal problems like televsion did not have network

I had the stay in the premium room accommodation at this property in September 2024. The room was notably spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom and shower area. The property is equipped with reliable power backup and complimentary Wi-Fi, which adds to the convenience.
