very bad service. Did not give the room that booked. The location was showing the show elsewhere. The show of 204 sq foot in the room app was very small. The quality of food was very poor. I will not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

there was No AC in Lobby or corridor entire hotel was hot as it was 40 degree heat outside. they had AC but management instructions were not to turn on worst breakfast experience don't fall for online pictures. breakfast area smells worst and food was very limited and low grade.

The staff is not very friendly, they take hours to bring towels....no toiletries or face towel provided. They keep charging for miscellaneous services. They also don't subscribe to any channel on the request of the guests. This used to be a good hotel in the previous management. Breakfast quality has gone down drastically, it wasn't even ready till 9:00 am despite the timings being from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Better breakfast is available on the street in one fourth of the cost.
