the check in process was a good experience and they readily agreed for an early check in. the hotel is accessible and very close by to koyembedu bus stop. room was decent and well maintained.

Ac not working properly. bed sheet not cleaned. some other mark in bed. water heater not working properly it was not nice experienced. we just adjusted and informed to hotel management. they said it's laundry fault.

the guy at the reception was very rude and no manners. he doesn't know how to talk to the ladies first of all. he made everyone irritated and upsetting for choosing this place. we were about to leave in 3- 4 hours since we came to get ready for an engagement. just for makeover we came here. but the guy in the reception was indecent and rude. though there are some rules, he could have conveyed it decently and in a polite manner.we didn't even stay for 24 hrs but booked it for 24 hours since there ...more
