This hotel is located in the interiors of coonoor and has to travel on extreme slopes and bends to reach the place. the person who is in charge won't mention it rather just send the location via WhatsApp. when we arrived (2pm) at the hotel (booked room with mountain view but wasn't given) shocked to see hotel people serving to some random people which I have attracted the picture. they were shouting , teasing . we weren't given mountain view room claiming that the billing doesn't mention mounta ...more

Wonderful location - far from the crowd, a serene place to be with your family and nature. All basic amenities available. You can often see bisons grazing in the adjacent tea garden. Only concern is that the road to this property is not good - you should enter here before the evening if you are coming for the first time.

rooms are okay,but not easily approachable, located in forest far from the city, railway station is also 3-4km away from the hotel.No restaurant available nearby. Only positive angle is that hotel is surrounding by lush green area.

stayed for 2 nights with family in this cottage and the hospitality is really amazing specially for small infants and caretakers are humble, helpful in every situation and the most important thing is the view from this hotel... cant able to explain.. its a ✌️ peace. loved it and recommend for all...

We stayed as a family here and throughly enjoyed our stay. The location and the views are breath taking. The auto drivers know this place as Aruvi Cottage. The room is spacious and the stay was comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helped us with all the sight seeing needs. They also provide food as per our request which was a bonus. We highly recommend this to anyone considering to stay in coonoor. The location, the spectacular views and the delicious meals provided.

The view from the room was awesome. Road to the cottage is very bad. no sign boards seen on the way. have to call the hotel multiple times for directions. The manager was helpful. But still have some difficulty. Food options are limited. but tasty. Room is average. No toiletries provided. Stay is ok. No near by grocery shop available . so ensure to have all necessary items before going to this property
Average Stay. Staff no. were less for proper room service.
