The resort is more than 20 years old. And it starting to show. For example air conditioning.Its ancient and struggles a lot. And the pool was dirty and old as well. Food was average. But one great thing it has going for it is its staff.One of the best staff i have ever seen. They are polite and will cater to your every need. They told me they are re modelling the whole property which may take a year. I would love to see this property come back to its heyday.

Very rude staff. We arrived at 11.30 pm and there was no bell boy to pick up our luggage at the entrance of the building. We had to take the luggage till the reception desk where one bellboy was seated. The next day at 6am we dialed the reception as there was no hot water in the bathroom. But no one answered the call. At 7am we had to checkout as we had to take the flight. So my wife again dialed at reception but again no one answered. Then she had to go to the reception desk to call the bellboy ...more

Unclean Rooms: When I arrived, I noticed my room was dusty, and the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. There were leftover hairs and grime around the sink and shower, which was extremely off-putting. The toiletries were not available Poor Amenities: The hotel boasts of having a pool, gym, and restaurant, but none of these amenities lived up to expectations Overall, this hotel was not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness, comfort, or good customer service. Very disappointed.

1. if you are staying for more than 2-3 days, pls carry extra pairs of inners as the resort do not have laundry facility for socks and inners. 2. only half a litre water bottle is provided for a day. not sufficient. anything extra, is chargeable. 3. rooms are not maintained properly. although a good property.

Its Good and Value for Money. I got it for 5 K for 3 days is Worth. Cotton County has 3 to 4 Big well maintained Lawns for Morning Walk. Swimming pool is good, but need some more Maintainance. Staffs are Courteous. Over all Nice Stay for 3 Days as I got the deal only for 5K Single Occupancy. As its little Away from City, morning bird's chirping is energizing.

Room are neat and ambience was good. But there was water leakage in the shower pipe and taps, that could have been better.

The resort infra was ok, but the service was poor. Food was below average - cant even get basic recipes like manchurian and chicken 65 right. The AC was not working in the room, and cleanliness was poor.
