Property not well maintained very old infrastructure and appliances. No appropriate service. Lack of staff. Buffer breakfast limited option with no ventilation in the breakfast area

as we entered mussoorie the pickup to the hotel was their a very magnificent, humble man durgesh was their to drive us to the hotel the the reception team was fantastic swati, and 2 others made our checkin very easy the lovely clean rooms with a fantastic view made our stay very good

It was a bad experience of our stay at country inn pacific Mussoorie , Rooms are interconnected with the other room and room furniture are looking like 50 years old , hotel is very outer side from the Mall Road and Pick and drop facility services are not good, hospitality services are also pathetic.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff, was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy in dealing with guests.If you’re planning to visit Mall Road, be prepared for long waits for the hotel cab, as your vehicles aren’t allowed there. In some cases, you might have to wait over an hour. After 8 PM, there’s no shuttle service, and you may be asked to pay extra for transportation by hotel.The food was below average, and the overall service—from the staff to the shuttl ...more
