We had already booked an executive room but during check-in, the receptionist asked us if we'd like to "upgrade" to a twin deluxe, of course we declined. Even after this, the supposedly best room in the hotel waa quite cramped and the bed didn't actually seem king sized aa it was mentioned. All of this is subjective But, the arguably worst thing about the place is the slow room service and long wait times. Even a basic masala tea took an average of 40 minutes to arrive. The food was excellent but the stay was not comfortable. I checked in around 10 pm and was very tired. and they had a room with twin beds instead of a king size bed. We didnt get the room we booked and paid for which was not comfortable at all. Certainly didn't expect this from a 5 star property.Stay was not comfortable at all

Hospitable and polite staff, good service....Raju in Hebbal Cafe and Rohit at the reception counter were most courteous and helpful. Mohak was also quite helpful at the reception. Very clean and hygienic. Breakfast can be improved for taste and manner of preparation. Chinese food counter was good. Room was a bit cramped for space. Overall good experience. Enjoyed my stay!!

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality rooms, and high-quality service Good and nice place to stay. Breakfast menu was very nice.

wonderful crew beautiful ambience, from check in to check out We were delighted.... Thanks to Marriott Team.. My wife birthday, candle light dinner in nazaara roof top restaurant.. delicious food, surprise cake by staff Monolisa, special dessert by chef Md Ali,, Morning breakfast - Chef Uday and team gave a special attention, we felt were in a relative house rather than a business class hotel, Amazing Marriot whole crew, hospitality next level, thanks guys for making our special day more memorable....
