Hotel was book in advance but after doing the formalities of check in , we family member were allotted 9002 as we entered the room we found lots of foul smell , difficult to inhale and breathe then after that we complaint they shifted to 1002 again as we entered ,AC Not working, Internal Phone not working and TV not working again after complaining we got shifted to lower grade room 1021 smaller than last two rooms for three persons, we got shock because we were never imagined ,we have to face s ...more

It's a very good hotel in the city. The hotel rooms are good and spacious . Hotel food quality is also very good. Hotel staff is dco friendly.

Everything was good EXCEPT FOOD. Dont ever think to have food there. Their chefs learned to cook delicious looking tasteless dishes. Applicable to Each and every item soup to dessert. We chose dinner buffet costing around 1400+taxes. We stood up in just 15 mins after triying every dish. One item i want to mention here is Surti khichdi and curry. Like hell. We are very disappointed with the hotel services. I clearly booked a room with breakfast included, and the hotel owners say there is no breakfast included in your package. Also, this is not the first time that this is happening. I was there for my anniversary and it went all into disappointment with no breakfast services and them charging extra for the high speed internet wifi, literally not informing this earlier. this was not worth.
