The hotel is clean and provides us great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides us almost every facilities.
Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

Neat and clean rooms. I think, due to the Hornbill Festival, the cost of stay is more as compared to the hotels in other cities. Very near to the NST busstand and in city centre also. The lift is not working now, hence minimum 20 steps to reach the reception.

very convenient location, on the main road, taxi and bus stand at walking distance, well-maintained property, nice valley views, spacious rooms with luxury interiors. The lady at the reception was very well behaved and cooperative . She upgraded our room and was always there personaly . the restaurant is also good and got reasonable rates . overall a nice budget accomodation.

The hotel is at walking distance from the taxi as well as bus stand. The staff is polite and very professional. The reception was quick and Hassel free. Willing to cater to request whichever is possible for them. The ambience of the room was pleasant and welcoming. All basic amenities were provided. The view from the room is also good. The food was also good, both taste and quantity wise. Highly recommended.
