My experience at this hotel was profoundly unsatisfactory; it fell far short of my expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone. The presence of unpleasant odors in the room further detracted from the stay.

Highly disappointed with the behavior of the leady at reception. Room was not properly clean. Overpriced hotel. Overall very bad experience. Will never recommend this hotel to even my enemies.

Excellent staff, Helpful with the requirements, Rooms were clean. Rooms service available with smiley staff. Only suggestion is to allow zomato/Swiggy boys to deliver food to Rooms as we didn't find our food(south Indian) in your hotel so we ordered from outside and we have to come down to collect it.

The wifi was not provided, it was very very slow, the bed and washroom was good, the TV was not working, the lighting was good and the location was also good.

From outside it looks good. However, things inside the room is not that good. Sockets are not working, fridge is also no working in my room. You have to ask the hotel staff to recharge tv. Exhaust in the washroom is also not working . Room is not properly clean, I have seen hair on the bed as well as in the bathroom

very bad service, staff is not supported, driver room is not in hotel, no food at 11.45 pm , charges are too high...
not ok to stay pls avoid everyone.
