The hotel management and owner are high headed guys. On requesting to allow a business visitor just for 30 minutes, they started shouting and demanding Rs.1000 extra. When we asked them to show rule these people showed us extra bedding rule, which is appalling as person was only visiting for 30 minutes that too in afternoon. 1.Bed linen is not clean. There were stains on both the blankets in the twin room. Also, torn bed sheets were spread on the bed. 2. Checked in at 3PM on a rainy day. They said hot water will come in 1-2 hrs. No hot water was available till 11.45PM. Also, the person who came to examine said that since it had rained, the water was not hot and later kept convincing us that the water was hot even when it clearly was not the case. i am not happy with their service housekeeping department need more training .they don't know how to give a service to the occupied room hospitality is very far away from the canary hotel by spree .

I had a nice stay overall. The rooms were clean and stocked with all basic amenities including laundry bag, iron, water heater, water bottles, toiletries and coffee/tea sachets. The staff was very cooperative as well.
