it's very bad and worst experience with this hotel. I don't recommend to anyone the entire day. Wi-Fi has not worked after. I am checking in after long discussion and complaints. They have given me the TV. This is what they are maintaining and the way how this Reception people are speaking with us. It is not in a proper language. It's very bad and worst to stay. I don't recommend to anyone. They will not even take care of any of the requirements of the customer.

A.C. good. Wifi available some times and set top box not recharged for 3 days and hence no TV. Later they recharged and then started working. Lift is useful. Cleanliness of the room is not made until a person checked out. Lobby and public areas are cleaned daily. Totally an average available hotel for stay near transport hubs.

They have given room in 5th floor there was no tv and washroom flesh was not working and no proper facilities is provided while logout I have informed receptionist about the problems he was not considering it since it was booked
