The hotel is nowhere near to the prices and feels like a normal like oyo room. No toiletries, even drinking water they would serve in open bottles. The cushions were dirty.

Worst customer service, with a rat in the room.
Didn't eat the breakfast as it felt unhygienic because of that.
The staff didn't have the courtesy to speak to a guest, it felt like they were doing us a favor in changing our room or anything.

i booked this hotel from your app, reaching hotel felt that i made a mistake , worst experience for a single person they provide me a room with twin sharing bed. asking the manager about the issue sucha cold response I received never had that kind of exeprience worst hospitality and never reccomend. Mr. taranjeet has no service and hospitality attitude. worst worst worst! even no toileteries in the bathroom
