3rd class service never visits again The rooms are not clean and the bathroom is very dirty and the water supply was not good also they are taking too much money for food and all according to service

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Crystal Palace, Mussoorie. The location is fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the hills. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The service was prompt, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. However, there’s slight room for improvement in amenities. Overall, a great choice for a relaxing getaway in Mussoorie!

Horrible...I had to cancel my hotel booking due to emergency, all supporting documents were shared with hotel, even after that hotel denied to refund even did not provided any credit note.

Please avoid to book this hotel. I didn't get water in the washroom, when i informed the same to reception they said their pump is not working. Also jet was not working properly even after informing the maintenance they didn't fixed it. Their restaurant close by 10:30 last. You cant order even a tea after that time. Wifi is only for show not for use. It reminds you era of 2G network. The route from mall road to hotel is quite far. Although google map will show you 1.2 km but the reads are very n ...more

Hotel was good, in a decent location from Mall road, the best part is you can park your car in the hotel and walk to the market area or ask them to drop you to the Mall road (in a reasonable change). The staff was courteous and respectful. Overall a great time spent.
