no value for money, small cockroaches around, towel not clean, basic need for kettle, tea bags are not provided for deluxe category rooms

The room is great. The amenities are great. But there are small cockroaches everywhere which at one point got irritating because they would run around all of my things. Breakfast came with our booked stay, however for lunch and dinner arrangements were expected to be made. The staff helps in getting lunch at your door but they only take cash for that. So if you don't have cash, you should arrange your own food. The staff is ready to help you around. Like they helped us with our bags even if we d ...more

the hotel is in a very good location along the Anna Salai Road.Also the staff and the receptionist are very helpful in understanding our concerns.Only breakfast menu items needs to be increased.

pathetic to stay here. room and bathroom too much humidity. bedsheet needs replacement. better you take breakfast in an outside restaurant rather than take complementary

it is an lodge type building. not able to understand how it is given a 2 star rating. good thing is that the rooms are renovated and decent now, but no way the price matching with the overall experience. the breakfast fast served was very basic, seems to be outsourced.

Very friendly staff and walkable distance to US visa consulate. There are photostat centers and one photo studio near to this hotel. Clean room as well. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.
