Its a very good property, but it's just a very old, not maintained properly, and also on very nice height, the view from balcony is perfect but it doesn't have any road to connect. Rest no issues with the cottage

the property was well maintained, and to my surprise for the first time the property was more Maintained than the photos available, rooms are quite spacious and hygienic, and the best was the views from balcony. The caretaker is very helpful also , not mishap at all.

One of the best location in Pangot. Mountain views from the balcony were top level. Staff service was very good and they provide everything you need. You need to trek 100 meters to reach the cuckoo resort and this was the best experience for me. You will feel around the nature / forest. Over all experience was top of the mark, you must try to stay in the resort for next level experience or adventure.

Found the owners very hospitable! 10/10 on the location, just next to the forest. You'd just love the stay!

Pros 1 Host Vineet is one man army and manages the entire property by him self 2 Location very beautiful and peaceful 3 You can go for a peaceful walk in the forest which is connected from the property 4 Food is homely and tasty 5 Paid parking option is available so u don't have to worry about it 6 Jio works well and none other telecom provider 7 Rooms are near and balcony gives you a good view Cons 1 To reach the property you will have to hike a little (approx 60 to 70 mts).
