Horrible stairs I'm one of the travel Agent from Andhra Pradesh I was booked Room for my customers (Family) They are upset to climb 180 stairs like 10 floors and scared. If any body need to climb go for it But Room are Okay Bachelors can stay........

Here are my experiences1. The access to the hotel is near to tracking up a 1 Km plus. It's dangerous at the same time with a treacherous path with no lights during night times.2. The hotel is 'B' class or even less, in very poor condition and not suggested for anyone.3. Poor access to facilities like the internet, food, rooms and the doors etc.4. No access to cab or any kind of transportation, no parking, as this is situated on a mountain with no access to any kind of vehicles. A porter is avail ...more

Located on a hill, have to climb some stairs. But the view from the property is breathtaking. Awesome hospitality by caretaker.

Be ready to walk up a hill (some 100-150 steps). But it's totally worth it. Don't recommend to old people. But if you are fit you will enjoy the trekk and the scenery from the house is wallpaper material. Nitesh is a wonderful host.

The most spectacular view of Manali. It's on the top of a small hill. Have to climb some stairs, but it is totally worth it. The caretaker Nitesh is so cordial. We booked for 2 days and ended up staying for the whole week. Budget-friendly clean rooms.

The view from the hotel is very good and the caretaker is a nice and helpful person. However, you need to climb more than 100 uneven stairs and a steep slope to reach the hotel. Not everyone would be able to undertake such a steep climb and that too with their luggage. Definitely not recommended if you have old people or kids in your group. the hotel requires you to do undertake this extreme physical activity.

The stay and the view are quite nice, the caretaker was a really nice and helpful person. But please that you should travel extremely light to be able to reach the hotel, as you need to climb more than 100 uneven stairs and a steep slope fo reach the hotel, which is not understandable in any way Not everyone would be able to undertake such a steep climb and that too with their luggage, and even if you make it to the hotel you won't be able to get out anytime soon as you need time to regain your breath and energy. that the hotel requires you to do undertake this extreme physical activity.

one of the best hotel.clean rooms.caretaker nitesh gupta extraordinary person only minus point is hotel in top of the hill,but once you reach the hotel you got a lot of secnic views.only one suggestion donot go senior citizens or disabled persons.private kitchen available in this hotel to cook self your favourite food.hotel have all amenities.also kitchen have amenities like gas&stove .
