hotel is exactly opposite to us biometrics centre, chennai. we can keep things and go tension-free in the morning. rooms are normal and no great amenities but there are lot of shops nearby for cafe and food. the hotel serves it's purpose. while taking a cab, don't give the hotel name as it's oyo hotel and difficult to locate. give us biometrics centre and walk to the hotel

I was traveling from USA to Chennai with family for visa stamping and booked the hotel Cute Orange. I confirmed with hotel my booking 1 week in advance and let them know that i will be reaching late at night and they assured me it will be fine.
Though on reaching the hotel they denied me room and said that all rooms are booked and there is no availability. I had to find another room late at night because of them .
I would highly discourage people booking the hotel . Very unreliable. Never book this hotel again .

Hotel does not have deluxe double room as booked by me.Nor they have extra beds.so it is not a comfortable stay with family although hotel staff is polite and well mannered Amenities provided are not upto mark as mentionedRoom sizes are very small

It's not that worthy the pay..! no room service in 50hrs.
Breakfast: Thayer say a complimentary, but in payment it's not mentioned as complimentary... so visitor has an option to chose...and that to worst quality been served.
RestRoom: Essentials been kept opened ones..! I felt those are not fresh ones..!
It's in prime location, nothing else to consider from this one...!
