Cupboard was broken.
Not regular cleaning of room.
Quality of food was not good.

Disappointed - Room was very average with dirty pillow covers, which was changed upon request & yet it looked dirty. The staff (one at the reception & one from housekeeping) was trying to be very polite & humble & tried to help it out, but hotel lacked good amenities & not so well maintained. Internet was pathetic. no smart TV, which is very common in today's time wherever I have visited in the last 1 year at least. Good location for Airport travel , good room size , clean toilet, dirty bed sheets and pillow cover, looks like never been washed from previous use, dirty and stained towels, smoky smell in room , had a very uncomfortable stay. Not recommended

Stay was average. Dinner from Raspberry hotel was pathetic everything cold and stale though in-house breakfast was way far better. Good for airport transit as it is 15 min drive. The bedsheets and blankets were unclean.

Nothing met my expectations. I was misguided by the old reviews No kettle. No restaurant. No buffet & Complimentary Breakfast was delivered to room with limited choice.
Breakfast was ordered at 7.30 am but received at 9.00 am. Will not visit this hotel again
