Good hotel. Very near to SOU car parking.
Fridge needs improvement. Faster cooling is required especially in very hot weather.
Overall good experience of staying here.

3 negative things....
1. We stayed in Room number 410 and 411. Both the rooms had some foul smell in the washrooms. I guess they have some problem in plumbing connections and the fowl smell could be coming from the drain pipe. I cant comment on the other rooms
2. The restaurant is on a higher/expensive side hence we skipped having lunch or dinner there.
3. The location is slightly away from the main bus stand and hence we have to request the hotel staff to arrange a taxi/rickshaw etc.

Very nicely maintained property. Neat and clean. Almost spotless in every aspect. Location is too good. Staff is very courteous and well behaved. Breakfast Menu was quiet a good spread, it had very good variety and option. Food taste was very good.

the stay was amazing and the hotel is quite near to ekta nagar station which is added advantage. also the staff is good and over-all experience with price they charge is good. i recommend this hotel.

Reception staff lady is not at all welcoming, neither trained properly to even called as 3 star, restaurant is pathetic when it comes to customer serving, for complementary breakfast timing was 8 to 10am, called in room at 9 and ORDERED to reach immediately as they said by 9.30 they will start packing up breakfast. at 9.40 when I was having breakfast, they picked everything in middle of person eating, have to call for everything and then they will bring back again, seriously staff need good trai ...more

Hotel location and ambience is Good.
The room cleanliness needs checking prior to room allotment and guest check in.
Food served in buffet is quite tasty and has multiple cuisine choices.
The room tariff however is high as compared similar hotels.

room no 308 wash room water outlet was terribly smelling...
staff was short, have to wait for long time for luggage lifting... finally carried all luggage ourself...
