beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is very comfortable. I travelled with my family. Since it's in the main market, everything is accessible. We stayed in room 205 and 310. Both were very comfortable and spacious. Their Manager Ravi is very cooperative and helped us with every thing we needed. My kids wanted cerelac later at night and he somehow managed to get it for us so late at night. the management team at hotel planned our entire stay. considering we were family, our trip was kids friendly and the food we requested in advance such as Pasta and Chinese for my kids, they were very happy.

Never ever come to this hotel. Really disappointed. Dirty washrooms with leakage and a Very rude manager. Just checked in the hotel and found the washroom is very dirty asked the floor manager to clean it but as per him, these are the designs. The mirror is broken. Moreover, we got a new surprise in the room in the form of a huge black spider.

Property is good but we face some problem due to natural climity like electricity and water problem,but Mr pawan and Amit is good guys for support to resolve max issue.
