the waiting time at reception during checkin was more than expected. took around 15-20 minutes. the reception staff was attending another pax but still i feel it was a little more. checkin experience can be better. after looking at the hotel room(201) i did not feel it worth the money. i have stayed in better rooms at much cheaper price. the room size was small, walls having moisture, paint coming out from few places, no bucket provided in bathroom that meant bathroom floor was wet at all times, ...more

the room given to us was quite stuffy and no ventilation whatsoever. so it was quite difficult to breathe the entire night and we had to keep the door of the room open the entire time.
even the exhaust fan in the washroom was not doing much

THE ROOM WHICH I HAVE BOOKED AND THE ROOM WHICH THEY HAVE PROVIDED CALLING IT DELUXE ROOM WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THE ROOM THEY HAVE PROVIDED WAS COMPLETELY COVERED WITH ZERO VENTILATION IN ROOM, LOTS OF BAD SMELL WAS COMING FROM THE ROOM DUE TO NO VENTILATION AT ALL. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN PROVIDED A BUCKET & MUG TO TAKE A BATH IN THE BATHROOM, THE TOWEL THEY HAVE PROVIDED WAS COMPLETELY TORN AND THE FOOD QUALITY & TASTE WAS REALLY AVERAGE , VERY SLOW SERVICE WITH VERY LESS STAFF TO ATTEND GUEST. OVERALL MY STAY WAS PATHETIC AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY IN HOTEL DAZZLING AGRA.

Stay is very good and nice location.. Avoid breakfast.. Nothing will be there and no one to help.. very few items.. only 1 person in breakfast counter for all guests.. Very late to refill.. better take food outside.. restaurants available in the entrance and nearby..
