Basic amenities like toiletry were not provided & when enquired about this reception behaved as if he didn't listen to it & later bluntly said they would not provide it. There is no running kitchen at the hotel. I requested for a coffee & the receptionist told me to walk down the street for a coffee & stated they only have complimentary breakfast. Poori was too oily & dipping (Definitely not made of good oil), Upma was stale. Not quite a spread of Menu. Is this the way to treat the cust ...more

The hotel's location was really good, with a walkable distance to bus stop, restaurants, and Brookfield mall. Neat and clean rooms, room service was good. But buffet breakfast is poor better to avoid breakfast there, we have lot of good restaurants nearby in 2minutes walk. On the whole, our experience was good except breakfast.

i stayed in dbrooks for 7 days and had a good experience. the rooms are clean and neatly maintained. the staffs are very polite and helpful. the price is also very less. i definitely recommend this hotel.. thank you
