A comfortable stay with good and couteous staff,totL valus for money. Only draw back is lift is under construction (as it's a new building) and no restaurant attached. Well there is a close by(walkable distance) decent and good hotel siddhaganga hotel which caters delicious healthy food

It was a good experience staying at this hotel. We 4 stayed in non ac room for 4 days, room was clean. They provided an extra cot at no extra cost. Behavior of the people at the reception was good. It was a positive experience.

The hotel building is fairly new. So, the rooms are well maintained. The best experience for us was the staff. They were very polite. We checked in early and they considered it. We had our return journey from Chikmagalur 5 hours later from Checkout and we requested for few extra hours and they considered our request as the room was available.
The hotel is within the city only so you can find restaurants and other basic amenities within 2-3kms.
