the hotel room budget is very high cost and facilities also not good, room space is very small

Great experience.. clean and comfortable rooms. restaurant attached. Refrigerator in room..clean washrooms. overall a good experience..we stayed with our one year old and the hotel staff were so helpful that they helped with the babyfood and all...overall polite attitude of all staff and great support

the place had a bar. parking was full of people from the bar smoking. did not feel safe at all. ac did not work. food was the worst. the chicken was stale. skipped breakfast even though we had paid for it because of experience with the dinner.

rooms are good..we took standard room for 2500..no window in the room..ac was working good..a kettle and mini fridge wer provided..wardrobe was stuck and was not able move to open..location is good ..near to focus mall..Food was not good have to ask for everything coz dey are not refilling dem..dosha and puttu was der..two entrance is der one thru restaurant and another from ground parking,but it's via the local bar..but security personals are good..housekeeping is not up to the mark as bathroom and shower had stains...The staff were good,dey are handling everything very perfectly..

The worst staying experience ever in my life. The female receptionist was very very very rude. the way she talk to the customers is very rude. The pathetic lady I have ever seen. If you keep this lady in your hotel for sure you will lose everything because of her attitude towards guests. Better you change this rude old lady from your hotel. I donโt wanna use bad words here but she is very rude, her face expressions, body language everything made me unhappy. Because of her i will never suggest ...more

AC not working in almost Three rooms which we got shifted after raising the complaint. Finally settled in standard room with fan ( where I booked a deluxe room with AC) . The management and staff are aware of the Malfunctioned AC prior check in. The issue has been raised to team. I would rate this hotel zero star for non-maintenance of rooms.
