We stayed here for a one night and it was a really decent experience. The view was breath taking as it sits above one of the famous view points, Lambs View Point. The food was also good. The staff were also very polite. Only con was that, they were a little understaffed. But would definitely recommend it.

The overall resort is great place to visit with great view.
The experience is good & staff is also very friendly like Ravi, Joseph, etc.
Room size + view is great!
Until I demand & try to make everything look like city hotels then it is perfect, like any five star hotel provides walker/sleeper/hair dryer/ long Breakfast & Dinner buffet, such things will be missing here.
Like, dinner is as if we are having it at home with limited item & yes 'limited quantity' surely sufficient for tummy but st ...more

Excellent place for the stay with good scenic place around. Do not miss this place if you are planning under this budget. Good and clean spacious rooms. Authentic dining place with good and antique piece collections in the dining area. Just one word for this - Amazing n Awesome ...it was my first trip to ooty n ****oor and i must say no regrets as far as stay is concerned. Food, location,ambience, hygiene,service, architecture...all 10 stars. And most importantly the host Mr Charles, I have never seen any one so well behaved n sensible than him specially in his line of business. He made sure that we have the best possible experience in his property and also show us around. Overally a must place to choose if you are planning for a Ooty- Coonoor trip

1) Entrance Road was full of metal rocks not properly arranged which may hit the downside of cars.2) There is no reception in the resort. we have to actually go in to kitchen area to connect to a staff for our checkin. staff behaviour was also not professional.3) Food was also not good and quality was also bad. 4) They are telling wifi facility is there, but practically no wifi.5) Heater was not working properly. many times we had to bath in cold water.
