A person check-in for a one day full homely experience and the hotel staff denies to provide cutlery in the room service thats not the right way when your charging for all round experience then you have to provide service as well. they ask us to pay a certain amount if i wish to have the cutlary in the room.

I forgot my iPhone adapter in the hotel, called them multiple times was ready to pay the courier charges too but staff is unresponsive and they don't want to help. They didn't even bother to receive my calls later on and no guarantee like you will get your belongings back like other good hotels whose staff help us get our belongings free of cost.

I took the room with breakfast and dinner Room was good AC was cooling nicely Bed and mattress was comfortable TV had all the channels Buffet Dinner was very good I skipped the breakfast as had to reach before 10 AM The only drawback was that the commode got dirty after sometime and smells very bad and the staff actually knew it as they flush it everytime they came in the room and they expect a tip everytime they came
