it was worst experience. not recommended for others to come here because counter guy do not know to behave with customers and always asks for money and don't offer adequate services. last time I submitted a review but it was not published. but it was not published. after another visit to hotel instead of improving services he was just taking revenge of last review to the hotel. if goibibo will not publish my review so I will never book any of hotel from this site. hotel was ill maintained. Hotel is Excellent, Staff is supportive and Cleaning Service is Good. But Please Note In Non Delux Room Bathroom space is quite small if you prefer large bathroom space kindly book Delux Room . Otherwise Overall Experience is Superb.

it was nice stay with this hotel.. only rooms are packed but thats not the big issue. Udaipur is the best city

washroom was too dirty. wet hair was present due to which i got so much irritated. when i asked to clean the washroom they told the worker ia not present i want to change the hotel moreover someone's socks were present in the room and blanket was dirty. ac was making noise and no cabs are there to picking us up. food is not available. we have to pay extra for empty plates even they are not providing water.
