Overall good but the stairs needs to be kept clean. Very dirty and inhygenic . You attract flies from uncleaned area as well as cockroaches and rodents. It is a bad practise to only keep some areas clean that is visible to tourist and the rest unclean.

Nice hotel at the heart of the city of Durgapur. Room , service everything is upto the mark. House keeping is also good. Food is nice. Highly recommend. Very pleasant stay.

front desk was horrible, at 12 am person was not offering a chair to my wife with 7 month old baby. he was asking for aadhar and started scanning it for 30 mins. i wish i could have choose some other property would have been a better choice.

I had booked room with breakfast.when I arrived hotel it was smelling bad on entry.. there was no sign board and no guidance staff on entry..my rooms ac was not working.. i was harassed for 2 hours and then finally my room was changed
