The Room was not clean. there were many amenities in the room which were not working. Tv was not functioning. There was a hot water problem in the washroom. The bedsheet and blankets were not properly washed. The staff were coordinating but they also couldn't do anything if the higher staff was not listening. Overall it was a bad experience staying there.

pathetic experience, I travel a lot and have never come across such hotel.no service, unhygienic rooms, no dustbins in room, no water supply had to manage washroom outside hotel around 2 at night. spoke to staff about this said will look into it next morning.while booking we confirmed, kitchen running and after check in requested for dinner staff said kitchen not running. cockroaches in room, there are so many can't describe all of them here. won't recommend this hotel.

Horrible experience!! There was no hot water facility in the bathroom though it was told at the time of check in that hot water will come; even there was no water available from 10pm till morning; flush was not working; they have not provided minimum drinking water only after calling reception multiple times, had to stay without water overnight until I bought water next day morning. Only pros is room as well as linen was clean.
