Smelly room. Tap was broken in the toilet, and I could not take a shower. Horrible experience.

The hotel is quiet average. Actual position was not as per pictures They takes more bookings than the capacity. No lift facility.

1. while booking it was mentioned breakfast was free But hotel people said no breakfast. I call to customer care finally gave me compensation coupon worth Rs.500. also morning offered breakfast parcel from outside.
2. No hot water

4. No lift
5. No restaurant

Rooms are good and clean, but needs to improve hospitality and other functionality areas. It looks more like a rented house than a hotel.
Not Professionals. Have to call multiple times for House keeping and room service.
