the staff were very respectful and helpful, did not create any fuss on bringing kids, gave us heater extra quilt.....dal bati was amazing....the place was beautiful clean rooms..had a very pleasant stay...

Bed sheets had stains, rooms had an unpleasant smell, bathrooms were dirty. Food was not only expensive nor tasted good.
Late night DJ had to ask them to lower the volume around 11:30 pm as we were travelling early next day.
While checking out early around 6;45 am, no one was at the reception only few workers sleeping they called their manager and i asked for bill details and they started shouting that i have to let them know earlier if i need details. I had to pay whatever amount they asked for which made my experience worse. Wont come back here again.

It was a wonderful experience at Dera Kumbhalgarh. Stay was comfortable. Staff was very polite and supportive. View from room was amazing. The additional activities arranged over weekend were fun and engaging.
Cool place to hang out with family.

Very pathetic. I had spent for 2 super deluxe rooms for 2 nights. Images shared by me is just an example, how the property is being maintained. No hygiene, very poor service. only 2-3 options were there in breakfast and that was also very low in quality and taste. Considering their standard of service, hygiene,food, room conditions, it is 500 rupees per night hote. Please do not waste your money and ruin your trip.

Rooms were ok, very dark. They need renovation.. it’s the same room, bathroom and furniture from when I stayed at Dera in 2009.
