Rooms are very untidy and washrooms have yellow stains and are not clean either. Hotel staff refuse to change the room if asked for it. We have booked another hotel and stayed there hence this room is totally not recommended

In sufficient hot water in the bathroom. Very slightly warm the water for bathing as per season. One side wall condition is ver bad as per Super dulux room. So I can suggest that maintaining the same.
