hotelier give fix room which is vacant for booking because they there is policy of non refundable. i face that time hotelier take full advantage this above said policy.

worst service and worst experience i ever had. Even at Rs 500 per room would be very expensive with this type of Hotel. I would advise to stay in dharamshala rather than this Hotel. Broken tap, phone not working. water overflowing and poorest service. Never stay with this kind of Hotel.
