We booked an AC deluxe room at Hotel Diamond Fort. The room was okay, but the air conditioner was not cooling well, there was no hot water, and even after reporting the issue, no one tried to fix it. The food was very bad, and nothing tasted good. Those who book the room should note the above. We, who have back pain, had to take a cold shower without hot water.

We had stayed at the hotel on 31 May, it was simply great property with large rooms and absolutely clean bathrooms. The decor in the rooms were superb and well laid out.The hotel staff were polite and customer friendly.
