Good experience staying here.. nearby to all the major metro stations like central, Chandni Chowk, esplanade.. Highly recommend..

The stay was very good... Rooms were clean and also the bathroom was clean... Location of the hotel is good. Indian coffee house is just within 750 m ... so if anyone coming to visit Kolkata and want a clean room to have a pleasant stay can go for the hotel. Staffs were also friendly.

thoroughly inspecting the room, identify the insect, and potentially contacting pest control services or taking steps to eleminate them.. i had told the authority but they did not helped me.

No doubts about hotel.. I stayed many time, but I never check the food bills,today I just check the bill..unfortunately all bills are over price totally different from food manu, 6pcs fish pakora price in food manu 190 rupees and they charge 260+ gst and test also not good, one bottle of water 32rupe, cold drinks almost double price.. don't know why they misguide us .. try to avoid any food or beverage on this hotel
